  • If you don't have a flight or if you have a flight to Istanbul Airport, you can pick up your order from the relevant store within 10 days.
  • If you have a flight from Istanbul Airport, you can pick up your order in-store.
  • If your flight is cancelled or postponed, the deadline to pick up your order is 24 hours after your flight.
